What our clients have said
| A very well located and stylish city Hotel. Generally very clean and tidy with a good facilities - the library area with its open fire and free internet access was particularly pleasant. The reception staff were always very helpful. The only slight criticism is that some of the bar and restaurant staff looked bored and miserable - probably because their were so many of them! |

| This hotel was really perfect for my needs. It's in a thriving and upscale shopping district, is walking distance to some important sites, and was clean and attractive. The staff was friendly and the restaurant was excellent. The room was smallish, but clean and stylish. A great value in Madrid, definitely worth the price. |
